CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Our goal at Lighthouse Chiropractic is to help people recover from pain and injury. We accomplish this by giving each and every one of our patients prompt, high-quality chiropractic care.Our clinic is small and provides one-on-one consultations for thirty minutes every session on average. Our doctors and other patients are inconvenienced by no-shows, tardy arrivals, and cancellations. Please be informed of our cancellation and missed appointment policies.

Appointment Cancellation

A spot on our appointment calendar has been set up for you when you make an appointment at our clinic. It is therefore unavailable to other patients. As soon as you realise you won't be able to make your appointment, please let us know out of consideration for your practitioner and other patients.

It's OK to cancel your appointment if necessary for any reason. But please, if you must cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance. This allows other patients to have access to that specific time.

How to cancel your appointment

If you have booked online and received an appointment confirmation, there is also a link to cancel your appointment online. Alternatively, you can email us at lighthousechiroinfo@gmail.com to cancel your appointment.

Late Cancellations and no-shows

If an appointment is cancelled less than two hours before to the scheduled time, it is deemed a late cancellation. When a patient fails to show up for their appointment or cancels after it has begun, it is referred to as a no-show. The patient will be charged the missing appointment cost of $50.00.

Fairness

In order to be fair to all our patients, this policy is universal. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances happen outside of our control. In these cases, a cancellation fee may not be applied. This is considered on a case by case basis.
